Responsibilities

  • To perform various office-related tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Overseeing the administrative tasks and support as necessary
  • Provide general support to guests
  • Answering phone calls and convey the information to related person as necessary
  • Assist with outdoor responsibilities such as banking process, delivering documents

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, etc.)
  • Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Flexibility to attend governmental offices and banks as necessary
  • Prior experience in an administrative role or related field is preferred
